Meet The Visionaries

Stephanie Taylor is a minister of the gospel, a pure prophetic and authentic global worship leader, and a passionate psalmist. She is the visionary of Stephanie Taylor Global, LLC and Co-Visionary of Glory Global Worship and the annual Follow the Glory Arise and Ascend Gathering. Stephanie is affectionately known by her mentees as “Mother Worship” because of her loving and nurturing disposition. Stephanie fervently believes that worship saved her life and her passion for worship is convicting and contagious.

Stephanie is the founder of Worship Possible Institute, a School of Worship, and Kingdom Sounds Worship Ministries, a prophetic worship ministry that is called to train, equip, and mobilize authentic worshippers to release the sounds of Heaven throughout the earth.  As the founder of Kingdom Sounds Worship Ministries, Stephanie has created a platform for prophetic worship that has impacted many lives. She also serves as a Worship Strategist to churches, helping them to create meaningful worship experiences that draw people into the presence of God. As a mentor and coach to many uprising and seasoned worship leaders and psalmists, Stephanie shares her knowledge and experience to help others grow in their gifts and calling.

Stephanie's love for worship and her heart for people make her a powerful force in worship ministry. Her passion for leading others into the presence of God is evident in all that she does, and she is an inspiration to many.

Psalmist Stephanie is an anointed songwriter. She penned the Follow the Glory theme song "I'll Follow" and has plans to release her "Glory Project" in the near future.  Stephanie has also co-written songs for other artists and has plans to pursue more opportunities to have her songs heard throughout the world.  

James Taylor, formerly known as James Abdullah, is a visionary and ministry leader in the area of worship and flag ministry. He is the visionary of Raising the Standard Flag and Worship Ministry, and Co-Visionary of Glory Global Worship and the annual Follow the Glory Arise and Ascend Gathering.  He has been given a powerful mandate to prepare the way of the Lord through his authentic and prophetic flag ministry.

In 2021, he launched his worship and flag ministry, Raising The Standard (RTS).  Founded on Isaiah 59:19 KJV ~ So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him, James believes that every time he waves his flags, anything in the atmosphere that is not like God is RETURNED TO THE SENDER- Satan. 

James' prophetic flag ministry is an integral part of his mission to prepare the way of the Lord. Through the use of flags, he creates an atmosphere of worship and creates a visual representation of the spiritual realm. James' passion for worship and flags is contagious, and he leads by example, sharing his love for worship everywhere he goes. As a mentor and leader of men, young and old, he encourages others to become lead worshippers in their homes and communities.

James has taken his worship and flag ministry to the NEXT level by offering training and mentoring opportunities for people of all ages who desire to become warriors through worship flagging.
