Worship Possible Team Development

Service Description

The Worship Possible training and development program will consist of a State of The Worship Team Assessment, which is an initial assessment to gain an understanding of the needs of the worship team and the member’s understanding of worship. The worship training will be divided into (8) one-hour training sessions. These sessions will walk through the course’s proven C.A.N. method and will cover topics such as foundational biblical worship, worship lifestyle development, worship team roles and responsibilities, and flowing in harmony as a team, which is a team building component for navigating through the worship experience. Extended support is available following the program in the areas of strategic planning to assist with song preparations, rehearsal and service protocol, developing team guidelines and expectations, and additional hands on training and exercises for flowing in spontaneous and prophetic worship.
